Nose
Prickly. Paint varnish. Fruity with a floral hint. Pears poached in a rosehip syrup. The varnish note vanishes and gives way to juicy fruit. With water, ripe apricot and candied pineapple.
Palate
Oily, velvety. Opens on succulent fruit soaked in custard or almond milk. Tangy feel.
Finish
Dry,spicy.Almond skin
Comment
A fruit basket ! Needs water to keep alcohol quiet. Quiet a restless fellow. The nose delivers layers of fruit.

Palate
Sweet, soft pear and melon, very fresh, an oral rainbow of fruit flavours.
Finish
Beautifully clean and refreshing. Demands another sip.
Comment
A total thoroughbred, wearing its age well.
