- Nose
- Scallop shells, rock pools, brine. Some coal notes in time.
- Palate
- Initially zesty fruit notes and milk chocolate, becoming very smoky, with traces of tar.
- Finish
- Lingering smoke with the taste of chimneys.
- Comment
- A bit of an old sea beast!

- Barbeques on a beach, seared scallops, very marine. Coal tar soap comes through as well, warmed tarmac.
- Palate
- Tropical fruits, oranges and a hint of whipping cream but then the peat smoke rises filling the mouth.
- Finish
- Drying and peaty.
- Comment
- Great balance on the palate.
