- Aromatic. Cedary. Orange zest. Intensely fruity. Slightly sharp at the back of the nose.
- Palate
- Orange Angel Delight. Caramel. Toffee. Wafers. Dry oiliness.
- Finish
- Orange peels. Bitter orange. Ginger marmalade. Late, lively, surge of spiciness.
- Comment
- Some interesting flavours, with lots of dimensions, but no balance or structure. I'm not wild about Angel Delight.

- Full-on, rich sweet nose: candy, caramelised oak, cinnamon cooked in butter, hot cross buns and honey cakes.
- Palate
- Big, chewy and sweet with a fresh oily zap on the back palate stopping it from becoming too cloying.
- Finish
- Long, slightly hot.
- Comment
- Big and sweet. Scale down the sweet vermouth when making your Manhattan.
