Gavin D.Smith

Soft, with vanilla, honey and meadow grass. Marshmallows in time.
Creamy, with figs, nuts, stewed fruits and gathering spices.
Long and spicy, with a hint of fruit, root ginger and lively oak.
A supple, pleasing Bourbon.

Rob Allanson

Casks after being charred, gentle oak with sweet overtones. Honey cornbread with melted butter.
Dusty spice notes, similar to rye bread, tempered with that creamy, honey oak. Soft fruits, peaches.
Long oak grip and gentle tannins.
A good all round Bourbon.
