- Intense.A big whiff of rye.Sour fruit. Cranberry jelly. Burnt plums. Touch of bitter orange marmalade. In time,a floral note. Freesia. Peony. Quite expressive and complex.
- Palate
- Smooth at start then crisp and tightened. The same profile as on the nose. Overcooked plum jam. Spices. Ginger,cinnamon. Rich and well balanced.
- Finish
- Long, oaky,spicy.
- Comment
- A bourbon close to a rye whiskey,well structured and quite complex.

- Massive and complex. Burnt sugar, dark fruits,bitter plum and tangerine skins,sour cherry sweets.

- Follows the nose,burnt sugar and sour cherries. Then come more spiced notes with a baked apple pie note dominating.

- Big, oaked and exhilarating.
- Comment
- A bold,well balanced whiskey.
