- Nose
- Honeydew melons, piled up in a store.
- Palate
- Smooth. Sweet. Toffeeish. Juicy.
- Finish
- Clean, crisp, slightly toasty peppery, dryness.
- Comment
- A clean, easily drinkable, well-made Bourbon. Straight-ahead, rather than quirky. A certain mature restraint, but is that sufficient pay-off?

- Nose
- A fabulous combination of roasted almonds and pecan pie.
- Palate
- Light, clean with rich, leathery, liquorice, slightly phenolic oak notes.
- Finish
- Demerara sweetness and a drying vanilla.
- Comment
- Nose is great; taste is marginally less so.
