80- Nose
- Fruity. Cider apple,honey. With a floral touch. Beewax. Polished floor. Hint of water melon. Slightly peppery.
- Palate
- Smooth and round. Sweet and fruity. Touch of blackcurran tand apples cooked in a honeyed syrup. Dries out on a gingery note.
- Finish
- Short but clean.
- Comment
- Well put together. Oak is well integrated. Deserves paying attention. To be paired with a dry ewe cheese like amanchego.

- Great hit of fruit to start then fresh polished oak cabinets,spices come through as well.

- Honey and fruit that mix of sweet and tang. The spices arrive at the end.
