Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Aromatic. Berry-fruits. Cherries. Raisins, quite emphatically so. Palate Smooth, clean, entrance. Becoming almondy, with suggestions of bitter chocolate and rum. Finish Soothing, warming, long. Comment The fruitiest of the Bourbons. After dinner?

Dave Broom Nose Assertive maltiness with cooked apple, sweet hay and an intense fragrant/perfumed lift and then a dry sugared almond nuttiness. Delicate but seductive. Palate A sweet, perfumed start then that dry malt/nut cuts through to balance well. Some smoke. Finish Dry, hay like. Crisp malt. Comment A gorgeous refreshing summery glass.
