Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Sweet, fresh. Spearmint. Allspice. Palate Very clean malty sweetness. Soft, light, syrupy. Clean citrus flavour. Seems at first like candied fruits, then becomes more ethereal. Orange flower water? Finish Delicately dry. Slightly sharp. Comment Very different in style. Liqueur-ish.

Jim Murray Nose A stunning herbal start blossoms into a ginger-honey sweetness. Palate A fresh and clean start allows the corn to develop beautifully before the rye takes hold. Finish Medium length only, quality outstanding with fresh rye bringing the curtain down. Comment Celebrates the part the rye and malt notes can play against the more neutral background of corn. Almost too complex to be true.
