- Sweet, fresh. Spearmint. Allspice.
- Palate
- Very clean malty sweetness. Soft, light, syrupy. Clean citrus flavour. Seems at first like candied fruits, then becomes more ethereal. Orange flower water?
- Finish
- Delicately dry. Slightly sharp.
- Comment
- Very different in style. Liqueur-ish.

- A stunning herbal start blossoms into a ginger-honey sweetness.

- A fresh and clean start allows the corn to develop beautifully before the rye takes hold.
- Finish
- Medium length only, quality outstanding with fresh rye bringing the curtain down.
- Comment
- Celebrates the part the rye and malt notes can play against the more neutral background of corn. Almost too complex to be true.
