- Nose
- Rich and warming. Oak, nougat, melted chocolate before sour cherry, rye flour, pot pourri faded roses and light tobacco. Sweet but tart at the same time.
- Palate
- The sweetness of age and oak is quickly eliminated by nutmeg, allspice,
cinnamon and pepper.
- Finish
- Spice.
- Comment
- A more rye-accented single barrel but one which maintains this series' high
standard of excellence.

- Floral. Fading rose. Maple syrup. Old furniture. A distant note of dark chocolate.
- Palate
- Smooth, velvety. A beautiful balance between sweet and bitter. Chocolate
and raisins. Fulfilling. Getting oakier.
- Finish
- Rich oak. Creamy. Lingering.
- Comment
- A beautiful bourbon, fully matured and showing an elegant balance.
