- Nose
- Light and clean.Lifted and citric (lemon meringue pie) with assertive rye notes, some dried rose petal. Sweet and lightly spiced. Touch of acacia honey and a light earthy note.
- Palate
- Light and clean with a little menthol. Floral. A little fragile but masses of sweet spice. Discreet poised and precise.
- Finish
- Touch buttery.
- Comment
- Light and restrained,but balanced.
- Nose
- Quite complex with plenty of layers giving citrus, that spicy rye hit and
almost fresh turned earth.
- Palate
- Sweet and spicy but very delicate for a bourbon. A hint of mint among the
sweetness as well.
- Finish
- Cloying in a good way.
- Comment
- A good place to start. Balanced and well constructed.
