- Nose
- Sweeter and slightly heavier.Orange peel. More oak and bigger,thicker, honeyed notes. Rye,barley sugar, stewed fruits,caramel and coconut. Water brings out coffee beans.
- Palate
- Soft and oak led.Church pews. Hickory. Lots of menthol and black fruits, blackberry jam.Light toffee,giving sweetness and coriander seed,giving a citric edge.
- Finish
- Crisp oak.
- Comment
- Fuller,but well balanced.
- Nose
- Leather and heather notes initially. Followed by citrus notes and a little mint. Barley sugar sweets and a café latté hint,warmed milk.
- Palate
- Gentle then the oak notes burst through. Cricket bats and a little toffee, spices and a cotton candy edge. Then dark fruits and a slight camphor whiff.
- Finish
- Drying and clean.
- Comment
- Things are getting bigger in terms of the taste profile,more complex.
