- Nose
- This has overt rye and seems a little hotter. Underneath is mint, honey and black cherry (plus stone). Has length and sweet fruited power. Good levels of complexity.
- Palate
- Mouthfilling. Touch of varnish and polished oak. The most honeyed so far. Super-ripe and sweet but with an acidic rye hit.
- Finish
- Zesty,with a little clove and allspice.
- Comment
- Has the signature mix of honey, citrus, grip and precision.
- Nose
- This packs a powerful rye hit. Hot, dusty with honey notes and dark soft
fruits. The citrus theme is also lingering in the background.
- Palate
- Big and coating. The honey notes lull you into a false sense that this is going to be sweet. Then the rye hits you.
- Finish
- Spicy with a lot of zing.
- Comment
- Great one for the rye lovers and a hot summer's day.
