Dave Broom
- Nose
- Quite powdery,reminiscent of scented talcum powder. Angelica,dried peels, red cherry, lemon and dry coconut.
- Palate
- Generous.Light cola notes,good grip. High levels of spice,(nutmeg and cinnamon) lots of cumin. Sweetens in the centre where there is masses of vanilla and fat corn,then dries again.
- Finish
- Very long and smooth. Gentle.
- Comment
- In a similar vein to 89 and 94.

- Nose
- A real shift in profile it seems to be more dried fruits,coconut macaroons. There is still a wood shaving note here.
- Palate
- Mouthfilling and big. Hits you again with spices,almost aromatic curry leaves. Sweetness comes with a corn tinge and a little buttery.
- Finish
- Soft and silky.
- Comment
- The nose and palate combine for a really surprising whiskey.
