- Nose
- Clean and relatively light,we're almost back to the 1989. Delicate and again the give away citrus notes. Here it's orange peel. Some bitters, wood oils,
redwood. Good rye influence.
- Palate
- Lighter in style. Once again there's very pure mintiness. rhubarb, barberry,
acidity. Good grip.
- Finish
- Cherries.
- Comment
- We're back to where we started.
- Nose
- Reminds me of the 1990. Quite a light aroma. That bitter edge lurks. The rye
comes through but is balanced with that trademark sweet honey.
- Palate
- Easy going but the layers of mint, bitterness and sweetness unfurl over the tongue. The wood adds some decent grip too.
- Finish
- Sweet with a little,good,sour edge.
- Comment
- This is a sipper,to be enjoyed slowly.
