Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Fragrant and slightly smoky. Orange-blossom. Potpourri. Acacia honey. Dryish.
Palate
Elegant. Silky. Flirtatious. Scenty (mandarin orange and mint). Feminine.
Finish
Disarmingly quick. A peck on the cheek. Slightly dizzying.
Comment
Where did she go? Will she return?

Dave Broom

Nose
Resinous, zesty and citric. Hickory, planed wood.
Palate
That same oily/zesty rye impact leathers the palate: lemon balm, citrus and excellent balance. In time opens to show chocolate, coconut, nutty fruit treacle.
Finish
Round and long.
Comment
One for rye fans.
