- Very aromatic, minty, spicy, heather fragrance.
- Palate
- Silky. Gently sweetish start. Creamy. Nutty.
- Finish
- Toasty dryness. Slight juicy grassiness. Late, light, fragrant distinct, peat smokiness and hint of the sea (very late, on the front of the tongue)

- The Grouse at its most graceful.
