Nose
Fragrant. Dried apricots. Some syrupy notes. Butter. Treacle toffee. Slight burnt grass, peat. Palate
Starts dry. Toasted almonds. Very nutty. Creamy sweetness in middle. Clean toffee. Lemon. Finish
Restrained spiciness. Ginger. White pepper. Comment

Dave Broom
Nose
Sweet and silky. Hint of honey, nut and bracken along with red fruits, raisin and plum pudding. Light smoke. Palate
A sweet start. Very fruity/winey, redcurrant jelly. Finish
Sweet. Wine gums. Comment
