Very odd. Fresh sawdust, cardboard, uncooked pastry and whole grain cereal. There is a young wood note that begins to break free after a few minutes.
Like a mouthful of different cereals: rye, corn, malted barley notes and then a yeasty home made loaf, all topped with toasted examples of the aforementioned grains. It's distinct, but not quite convincing enough.
Grainy, with toasted brown bread and dark honey.
A tricky one. I would hazard a bet this has a strange mash bill. It's clever but a little too difficult to pin down.

Martine Nouet

Unusual. Floral, intensely perfumy. Reminding a holy tree berry spirit. And a strong putty note.
Sweet and round. And this holy tree character again. Nothing like the usual malty profile of single malts.
Short, quickly fading. Slightly bitter.
A very strange tasting whisky...this one is not for me.
