Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Very sweet, syrupy. Hints of burnt sugar.
Palate
Boiled sweets. Seaside rock.
Finish
Cry. Grass. Gorse.
Comment
Overwhelmed by sugary sweetness.

Dave Broom

Nose
Light gold. Hay, cereal, crisp nuttiness with some young grain and a light whiff of chimney smoke.
Palate
Starts fairly sweet then dries swiftly. Pretty thin with some peanut brittle and light fruit.
Finish
Short, nutty and very dry.
Comment
I'm not convinced about the potential of any whisky named after a cow...(or a cliched term for a Scotsman).
