- Raspberries, vanilla and almonds.
- Palate
- Quite full-bodied; old leather, dried fruits and cinnamon.
- Finish
- Steadily drying, with anise.
- Comment
- Interesting contrast between nose and palate.

- Marzipan and jam tarts. There is a nuttiness to this, cake mixture and a hint of cream.

- Much bigger than the nose, plenty of dried fruits, marmalade, apple pie with cinnamon and custard.

- Gentle drying oak and a little spice.

- All in balance here, a great aperitif.
