Nose
Masses of menthol/eucalyptus, powdered spices. High rye accents, then marzipan and a coconut note which becomes increasingly dominant. Intense and high-toned.
Palate
Perfumed, hot with lots of menthol once more. The oak has grip and gives structure. Bitter notes of orange peel and dark chocolate but there's enough sweetness to balance.
Finish
Bold.
Comment
Big flavour delivery. A sipper, but with one cube of ice or water on the side.

Nose
Intense. A combination of earthy and oaky aromas. Polished oak floor. Damp warehouse. Wet leaves. All giving an autumnal atmosphere. Then the nose opens with pastry notes.
Palate
Satin-like. Smooth and sweet then a slight oaky grip comes as a gentle kick. Liquorice toffee. Hint of marzipan. Dry spiciness. Cinnamon.
Finish
Dry, long, oak framed.
Comment
A deep and rich autumnal dram. With an appetising mix of indoors and outdoors flavours.
