- Nose
- Tangy, quite spirity. Water releases tender fruity notes of ripe pear. Hint of fresh oak.
- Palate
- Very fruity. Reminds me of a pear eau-de-vie. Juicy. Vanilla. Unexpectedly soft on the palate.
- Finish
- Quickly fades, a slight bitterness.
- Comment
- Frisky to say the least! The palate is much more talkative and pleasant than the nose. Would be great in a granite with strawberries.

- Nose
- Young and clean. Light lemon, orange zest, cocoa, apricot. Harder edge with water (fishmonger's slab?).
- Palate
- Very citric with a smooth fruit syrup mouthfeel. Dries as it moves becoming bracken-like.
- Finish
- Dry. A little hot, even when dilute.
- Comment
- Has firm and sweet elements but they're not linked.
