- Nose
- Estery and buttery with a slight butyric note. A phenolic hint tangled up with a fresh liquorice fragrance. Opens up on a smooth grassy note. Quite a complex interlaced aromatic profile.
- Palate
- Dry and fruity, giving way to bitter notes.
- Finish
- Rather short, clean and dry.
- Comment
- The complexity of the nose is not reflected on the palate. But the clean dryness makes it refreshing and enjoyable.

- Nose
- High toned and estery. Quite restrained. Polished wood, peach stone, violet. With water there's white flowers, grapefruit.
- Palate
- Sweet, fragrant and honeyed. Very light grip with a little lemon and hot sawdust.
- Finish
- Gentle. Lychee.
- Comment
- Very clean and precise. Charming.
