Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose Estery and buttery with a slight butyric note. A phenolic hint tangled up with a fresh liquorice fragrance. Opens up on a smooth grassy note. Quite a complex interlaced aromatic profile. Palate Dry and fruity, giving way to bitter notes. Finish Rather short, clean and dry. Comment The complexity of the nose is not reflected on the palate. But the clean dryness makes it refreshing and enjoyable.

Dave Broom Nose High toned and estery. Quite restrained. Polished wood, peach stone, violet. With water there’s white flowers, grapefruit. Palate Sweet, fragrant and honeyed. Very light grip with a little lemon and hot sawdust. Finish Gentle. Lychee. Comment Very clean and precise. Charming.
