- Nose
- Assertive. Apples in caramel. Damp earth. Musty. Cider cellar.
- Palate
- Round. Fruity. A good deal of vanilla.
- Finish
- Spicy, warm and fruity. With a dry oakiness.
- Comment
- Characterful but I would have easily mistaken it for Cognac.

- Nose
- Very sweet, liqueur like. Honey, light oil, sesame, orange pulp, coconut. Gentle and approachable.
- Palate
- Very soft. Good oak extract balancing the buttery quality. Juicy and soft.
- Finish
- Sweet. Marshmallow. Polished oak.
- Comment
- A delicious whisky.
