Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet Nose Assertive. Apples in caramel. Damp earth. Musty. Cider cellar. Palate Round. Fruity. A good deal of vanilla. Finish Spicy, warm and fruity. With a dry oakiness. Comment Characterful but I would have easily mistaken it for Cognac.

Dave Broom Nose Very sweet, liqueur like. Honey, light oil, sesame, orange pulp, coconut. Gentle and approachable. Palate Very soft. Good oak extract balancing the buttery quality. Juicy and soft. Finish Sweet. Marshmallow. Polished oak. Comment A delicious whisky.
