- Huge sweet hit at first, burnt sugar, caramel and dark chocolate. Spicy oak follows with Chantilly cream and a little nutmeg.
- Palate
- Big and bold, mouth coating with toffee and caramel notes. The oak is here too bringing spices and soft cream pastries.
- Finish
- Long and sweet.
- Comment
- Nothing small about this, but it is all in balance.
