- Nose
- Intense. Tangy. Paint varnish. Sour fruit. Damson plum jam. A musty note of
damp floor in an abandoned house.
- Palate
- Briefly sweet then a sharp alcohol bite. A powerful wood and sour fruit combination of flavours. But quite well integrated given the strength.
- Finish
- Dry. Prunes and liquorice.
- Comment
- A big,muscular bourbon. George T. Stagg ? Good guess...For a stag night
maybe...

- Nose
- Oak varnish, cherry pie,a little black treacle. A burnt orange tang adds to
the complexity.
- Palate
- An explosion of flavours,cherries,fizzy sour sweets,oak sweetness,BBQ sauce.
- Finish
- Memorable with a sweet meaty element.
- Comment
- Wonderful, the balance does not give away its strength.
