Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
More rye character.
Palate
Bigger, drier, spicier. Still very well rounded.
Finish
Nutty dryness. Warming. Long.
Comment
Appetising, Very enjoyable.

Dave Broom

Nose
Aromatic, assertive and spicy, it smacks you in the nose with its mix of Christmas spice (ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg), bitter orange, but behind is mellow chewy toffee. Delicious!
Palate
A big mouthful. Gentle and chewy, mixing vanilla, chocolate pepper and spice. Great exchange between spice and mellowness.
Finish
Chocolate then dry and tingling.
Comment
Gentle but big and feisty. Neil Young.
