- More rye character.
- Palate
- Bigger, drier, spicier. Still very well rounded.

- Nutty dryness. Warming. Long.

- Appetising, Very enjoyable.

- Aromatic, assertive and spicy, it smacks you in the nose with its mix of Christmas spice (ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg), bitter orange, but behind is mellow chewy toffee. Delicious!
- Palate
- A big mouthful. Gentle and chewy, mixing vanilla, chocolate pepper and spice. Great exchange between spice and mellowness.
- Finish
- Chocolate then dry and tingling.

- Gentle but big and feisty. Neil Young.
