Grapefruit/lemon freshness,then butter slathered onto white bead. Mashed banana,pineapple,light smoke. Gentle creamy and rounded.
Palate
Lively palate with good biscuity structure. Light banoffie pie, strawberry. Floral then a smoky edge. Well balanced.
Finish
Lightly smoky.
Comment
Lightbodied,but fresh and fragrant. Japanese beginners start here.

An outdoor whiff of aromas.Very fresh and invigorating.Like walking by the shore outside Bruichladdich on a wet day. Sweet notes emerge slowly. Maple syrup.
Palate
Lovely feel. Cheerful and fruity. Peach and cream tart.Pecan pie. A touch of treacle. Intricate. Delicious.
Finish
Smooth,delicately spiced (cinnamon and ginger).
Comment
An appetizing dram. Well-balanced and moreish. To be enjoyed with appropriate puddings.
