68- Nose
- Light and ‘grainy'. Seems young and lacking real personality. Tisane, jasmine and banana. In time becomes floury and slightly yeasty.
- Palate
- Banana once again,sour apple. Young and quite hard and though the oak is adding a certain creaminess hasn't built up real succulence.
- Finish
- Herbal.
- Comment
- Good spirit, but an average whisky.

- Steaming porridge,a hint of heather honey but also some beguiling savoury herbalness – after a while, crème caramel.
- Palate
- Mouth feel is viscous and soft. Honeyed creaminess initially but then the herby spice comes through before it mellows again.

- Maintains its presence well.
- Comment
- A beguiling dram that evolves in the glass.
