- Fresh and fragrant. Green apple,nettle, green grass,it's a Sauvignon Blanc! Creamier and more floral with water.

- Delicate and sweet with some lime. Those floral notes are more apparent. Drier with water. A hugely pleasing aperitif. Try chilled

- Blossom fresh. Scented stocks and jasmine.

- Amazingly good for its age. Great spirit. This is one to watch.
