- Sweet and slightly oily. Horlicks. Developing grass cuttings.
- Palate
- Quite viscous, intensely-focused summer fruits, lots of spice.
- Finish
- Long and drying, with a hint of aniseed and plain chocolate.
- Comment
- More well-chosen wood.

88- Nose
- A wonderful runny honey note, deep, luxuriant. Also warmed malt loaf.
- Palate
- That honey note is here, also mouth feel is very much honey comb. Plenty of apples, peaches, apricots and baked fruit pudding.
- Finish
- Long and spicy.
- Comment
- This is clearly one of the distilleries to watch, great stuff.
