Nose
Glacé cherries, chewy nougat, honey comb, ripe nectarine, waxy honey, Toblerone and wet suede leather.
Palate
A superb mouthfeel, with sweet, nutty undertones, a coating of runny honey, creamy, salted caramel and a tiny hint of Buttercup Syrup. Moreish and hard to put your finger on where it will head next.
Finish
Blackcurrant cordial and a lingering nuttiness rounds out the palate as it dries.
Comment
Quite a complex beast, that's difficult to pin down, but all the better for it.

Nose
Buttery popcorn, rye bread, warm olive oil. A slight gorse and bracken note, earthy. There are some sweet herbal notes too.
Palate
Those sweet herbal and woodland notes come through. The oak grips a little with vanilla and orange sherbert tones coming through.
Finish
Long and lingering, a touch fizzy.
Comment
Another release from a distillery finding its golden seam.
