- Nose
- Green. Grassy/grapey and slighty nutty. Very light and almost vegetal with hints of daffodil/flower stem.
- Palate
- Light and acidic with real youth. Has freshness and delicacy but not complexity.
- Finish
- Short but clean.
- Comment
- Have it long with ice,soda or ginger. Lacks the character you'd want from a single malt,but a pleasant drink.

- Nose
- Very fruity and flowery. Slight hint of hazelnuts and with a faint spirit note – not quite wet dog but perhaps a mildly damp one.
- Palate
- Dry and astringent. A lot of zing but only working on one level.
- Finish
- Almost herbal.
- Comment
- Quite a surprising whisky for me, makes me want to try the 5 Years Old now.
