Nose
Fresh. Form. Dusty. Nutty. Slightly acidic. Dessert grapes. Palate
Starts soft and light; then develops a chalky, gritty, cereal-grain dryness; opening into an appetising malty sweetness. Finish
Spicy. A hint of cloves. Slightly sour. Comment
Seems rather neutral at first, but develops engaging subtleties.
Dave Broom
Nose
Light and floral. Powdered almond, hay loft. Attractive. Water accentuates youth. Delicate and very pleasant. Palate
Light-bodied though with a firm, nutty structure (almond, cereal.) Sweet and lemon like. A dusting of icing sugar. Finish
Medium. Fizzy. Nuts again. Comment
So light you should have it for elevenses.
