Nose
Fresh apple pie. The English type, not the American. Palate
Firm. Muscular. Extraordinarily quick hit. Knocked out my gumshield. A right hook and a straight left, so fast that I backed on to the ropes. Between rounds, my second has sprayed something medicinal into my mouth. Finish
I am embraced with syrupy sweetness. Comment
Bonus points for knowing its own mind.
Dave Broom
Nose
Creamy again with notes of grass clippings. Quite subtle but a little one dimensional. Alcohol is a little abrasive. Palate
Intense and zesty with a sugary quality and soft creamy oak. Green grass, lemon mousse, pear. Finish
Green chilli. Comment
Decent but lacks definition.
