Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Nose
Stewed apple, estery coffee grounds, planed wood. Hints of complexity.
Palate
Sweet and highly concentrated. A battle between fruit and oak. Lacks personality. Dislikes water.
Finish
Hot and feisty.
Comment
It’s hard to get excited about.

Arthur Motley

Nose
Fudge, wet grass, lemon, peach and white breadcrumbs. There was a grubbiness to this nose that didn’t appeal.
Palate
Some astringent citrus, jelly babies and a little yeasty, breadiness.
Finish
Sourness with a little spice.
Comment
A little sour for me.
