73- Nose
- Grassy. Dry hay, honey then a cheese note. Pomegranate. Vanilla syrup.
- Palate
- Round, sweet. Mouthcoating with a certain lightness. A cardboardy touch. Then the pomegranate and vanilla leave way to an astringent note.
- Finish
- Tangy, spicy and dry.
- Comment
- Assertive and tangy. The alcohol is not mastered and the character lacks depth.

- Hints of vanilla cream and honey. Some melted cheese on toast. There is a light fruitiness too.
- Palate
- Sweet at first with honey then it moves to a sort of chilli and cheese taste. Fades then to the spices.

- Quite short.

- Seems to have two elements to it, not quite balanced.
