- Nose
- A strange combination of polystyrene, pea pods and perfume appear at the same time, followed by a note of flat root beer. Water makes things more orderly allowing a soft floral character to develop along with more solidity.
- Palate
- Fresh with a little charred quality. Tightly focused, with candied citrus
sweets and a little vanilla.
- Finish
- Soft if a little short.
- Comment
- Pleasing but not sensational.

- Nose
- Intense. Very fruity. Pear Williams. Hint of varnish. Opens on sweet notes. Vanilla syrup. Hint of marzipan. Some floral notes too.
- Palate
- Round and silky. Fruity and spicy. Fizzy feel on the tongue. Keeps the same fruity profile as on the nose. Quite rich. Touch of white chocolate.
- Finish
- Spicy and dry with marzipan.
- Comment
- A charming “dessert” whisky. More complex than it first appears.
