Michael Jackson

Nose
Perfumed candles. Wax. Smoke. Joss sticks. Spicy.
Palate
Oily, creamy, malty. Develops the typical cereal-grain character of Glen Moray. Drying.
Finish
Slightly sharp. Provocative.
Comment
The aromas remind me of a young woman I tried to bed in the early 1970s. She bit my tongue when I did something to offend her feminist ethic.

Dave Broom

Nose
Rich and mellow. Honey, toffee, sultana alongside walnut, nutmeg and dry, biscuity malt. Succulent and spicy, gentle yet complex.
Palate
Very sweet to start but immediately balanced by ginger and nutmeg spiciness, soft fruit (apricot, banana) and dried fruit (date). Superb balance.
Finish
Soft, tobacco.
Comment
Rounded and elegant, this is one hell of a dram from a hell of a manager.
