- Palate
- Intensely sweet. Creamy-tasting. Ice-cream (or perhaps the Indian equivalent, kulfi).
- Finish
- Lively. Zesty lemon peel. Candied angelica. Cilantro.
- Comment
- Richer and more expressive than any version I have tasted previously. Extraordinary sweetness.
