Nose
Light but fragrant .A fresh herbal whiff. Aniseed, fennel with sweeter notes swirling up. Vanilla waffles,a touch of angelica. Dry hay.

Quite thick and heavy. With a bitter kick of grapefruit peel, then soothing on the fruit pulp.

Astringent with a sweet note of cereals behind.
