Overcooked plum jam. A sour fruit note.
- Palate
- Sweet at first then the wood speaks up. Bitter chocolate, ground coffee beans.
- Finish
- The bitterness lingers and lingers.
- Comment
- An overaged malt which has the accent of an overaged bourbon ! You have got to have a taste for woody whiskies to like this one.
