84- Nose
- Rich,muscular and heady with some marzipan,baked fruit,lime blossom. Shifts into fresh cut damp grass,then walnut and butter icing. Complex, becoming silkier.
- Palate
- Rounded and mouthfilling. Quite chewy and slightly sweet with hints of semi-dried fruits and even some banana. Chocolate. Good balance.
- Finish
- Minty and long.
- Comment
- Mature and elegant.

- Malty. Biscuity. Oatcakes. Peaches in a light vanilla syrup.
- Palate
- Silky. Sweet malty notes with a freshly squeezed lemon juice. Coats the tongue but without being cloying. Creamy. Bourbon cream biscuits.
- Finish
- Dry and sherbety. A hint of almond in the back.
- Comment
- A lovely dram. Characterful and satisfying. For the adepts of slow drink. Water kills it.
