Nose
Light and restrained. Grassy. Drying hay. Meadow flowers. Lemon balm. A hint of chicken broth.
Palate
Silky, delicate. Sweet orange blossom honey. Tangerine . Refreshing and soft on the palate. Elderflower cordial. Drying on spicy ginger. Minty with water.
Finish
Dry and short.
Comment
This whisky is a ‘whispering' one. Delicate, elegant but maybe a bit shy.

Nose
Fresh tobacco leaves, hay barns, lemon verbena tea. A slight apothecary note to it, drying herbs and a little spice.
Palate
Sweet and a little bitterness, orange marmalade, runny honey. A lemon citrus note and then dusty spices, ginger, nutmeg.
Finish
Dries quickly.
Comment
Very held back, but in time slowly reveals delicate layers of flavour.
