Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Notes of sherry, fruit, chocolate, and ginger. Palate Sherry, raisins, chocolate, ginger. Quite luxurious. Finish Unhurried, with chocolatey notes and gingery dryness. Comment Salient house characteristics, especially the chocolate, at their boldest and most sustained.

Dave Broom Nose Autumnal. Damp leaves, turned earth, chocolate truffle, hint of rancio. Barley sugar, privet. Palate Very smooth and silky. Good maturity. Cereal notes. Crisp, woody texture. Finish Short. Comment Another where the nose promises a lot, but the palate doesn't quite deliver.
