Nose
Faint peat. Underlying fruit. Pears, but very restrained. Fresh, appetising.
Palate
Light, lean, firm. A dryish, oily, matiness. Hints of white chocolate coming through.
Finish
White chocolate. Toasted nuts. Bitter black chocolate.
Comment
Glenfiddich has much more roundness of flavour since it switched from 'no age statement' to 12 years.

Cereal once again (a common note in this flight) with some citric light. Some crackerbread/biscuit and light wood notes. Everything in the upper register.
Palate
A bit creamier than you'd think with a chewy maltiness, whisper of orange and some chocolate. Discreet.
Finish
Soft.
Comment
A young, light, uncomplicated dram. Drink over ice.
