- Sweet and soft with lots of vanilla, poached pear and a hint of anise. Just a little shy.
- Palate
- Rounded, sweet and creamy. A lovely pick-up of gentle spiciness, apple puree, crystallised ginger. Succulent.

- Lemon and apples.
- Comment
- Opportunistic marketing? Undoubtedly, but it's a cracking dram.
