75- Nose
- Crisp oak and the suggestion of tannin. Assam tea and damp wool shifting into privet blossom and rice pudding skin. Slightly numb. Another which opens with water.
- Palate
- Soft and mouthfilling with mocha and toffee. Very soft with light grip. Slightly flat however.
- Finish
- Drying.
- Comment
- It's a decent enough dram but just falls flat in the mouth. More alcohol would have helped methinks.

80- Nose
- Dried ginger with some hints of toffee pudding. Malty. A trace of something glue like. Clotted cream fudge and some big spices.
- Palate
- Ginger pudding spice at first then more cinnamon and honey.
- Finish
- Spiced apple pie.
- Comment
- Would be interesting to try this at a higher abv.
