Nose
Very pure and focused with red fruits galore: raspberry leaf, strawberry; then comes citrus a light floral element. Intense and delicate, but with real character.
Palate
Still that same focus, though here the aromatic qualities shine forth. Minty and mouth-cooling. Gentle clean flow. An early afternoon dram.
Finish
Lightly acidic.
Comment
Beautiful balance. Whispering and seductive.

Nose
Light, Floral. Freesia, narcissus. Citrussy. Fresh tangerine juice. Orange drop. Barley sugar. Vanilla wafers.
Palate
Crisp, dry. Always this floral note. In the style of a cocktail. Warm and spicy. Lemon meringue pie. Honey and ginger lozenges.
Finish
Gingery and minty.
Comment
Surprising, refreshing, light and aromatic, quite hot on the tongue. A sort of ginger ale cocktail!
